The webinar will feature sessions on change management, the history of ICTs at SCF, roles and responsibilities of team members, best practices for team operation, implementation strategies for ICTs, behavioral health integration, and more. It will also feature a panel with one of SCF’s ICTs, discussing ICT operation from their perspective.
Introduction to Core Concepts is an introductory training based on SCF’s Core Concepts training, a communication and relationship-building training taken by all SCF employees. The training will feature sessions on the purpose and context of the communication techniques developed in the training, how to share and respond to story, personal vision, creative tension, and more. The training will also include the opportunity for participants to share their stories in small virtual Learning Circles.
The intensives are two-day sessions that take place after the Virtual Nuka Winter Conference, on February 11 and 12, 2021. More information, as well as registration links, can be found here. If you have any questions about the intensives, or the Virtual Nuka Winter Conference, feel free to contact the SCF Learning Institute. We hope to see you at the conference!
