The conference was attended by over 100 people from all over the world and featured a variety of sessions on many different aspects of SCF’s Nuka System of Care, including integrated care, customer-ownership, behavioral health integration, workforce best practices, improvement and innovation, and more. The conference was preceded by a session of SCF’s Core Concepts training, which was attended by over 70 people. Feedback from conference attendees was positive. When attendees were surveyed for feedback, 87% answered “very much so” when asked if they aspire to do something differently, professionally or personally, as a result of a session they attended. A further 11% answered “somewhat” to the same question. 98% of survey respondents answered that the conference exceeded or matched their expectations. Comments from attendees included: > “Such a dynamic presence.  Felt the energy and appreciated the life examples connecting to operational activities.” > “It was so energetic and relatable. I also feel like I took some golden pieces of information away that will improve my teams retention rate.” > “Covered so much ground. Appreciated seeing the journey of improvement at SCF.” SCF is grateful for the opportunity to share the story of the Nuka System of Care with so many people from around the world.
